These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fundable Provider Blueprint™ website, dashboard, digital tools, reports, documents, chatbot, and related services.
By accessing this website, purchasing the Fundable Provider Blueprint™, subscribing to the Automated Monitoring Membership, creating an account, uploading documents, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Service Overview
The Fundable Provider Blueprint™ is a funding-readiness and program-packaging service for healthcare providers. The service is designed to help users organize existing healthcare services into clearer program models, identify possible target populations, develop measurable outcome ideas, create suggested partner strategies, and receive planning-based funding-readiness materials.
The service may include questionnaires, document uploads, funding-readiness scoring, target population recommendations, suggested budget frameworks, sample funder approach scripts, one-page pitch materials, dashboard access, saved documents, funding calendar tools, monthly funding match reports, funding alerts, outreach letters, readiness checklists, and quarterly strategy updates.
Pricing
The Fundable Provider Blueprint™ initial package is offered for a one-time fee of $2,500.
The Automated Monitoring Membership is offered for $497 per month.
Prices may change in the future. Any price change will apply only as permitted by the billing terms displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. The website does not store full credit card numbers.
By purchasing a product or subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Automated Monitoring Membership
The Automated Monitoring Membership is a monthly subscription. It may include monthly funding match reports, monthly funding alerts, monthly outreach letters, monthly readiness checklists, funding calendar access, client dashboard access, saved documents, and quarterly strategy updates.
Subscription access requires an active paid membership. If payment fails, is canceled, or becomes inactive, membership features may be limited or disabled.
Cancellation
Clients may manage or cancel their subscription through the billing portal if that feature is available in the dashboard.
Canceling the Automated Monitoring Membership stops future membership billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.
Refund Policy
All refund terms should be reviewed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital products, generated reports, completed packages, setup work, and subscription payments may be non-refundable once access, processing, or delivery has begun.
No Funding Guarantee
The Fundable Provider Blueprint™ does not guarantee funding, grant approval, contract awards, foundation awards, MCO funding, hospital partnership funding, corporate sponsorship, government funding, or revenue results.
Funding decisions are made solely by the applicable funder, grantor, agency, foundation, organization, MCO, hospital system, corporation, or contracting entity.
No Legal, Compliance, or Eligibility Advice
The Fundable Provider Blueprint™ does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, grant eligibility determinations, NOFO interpretation, RFP interpretation, government contract interpretation, or final application review.
Any funding matches, alignment summaries, readiness scores, budget frameworks, target population recommendations, outreach scripts, or opportunity suggestions are provided for planning and educational purposes only.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all official funder instructions, eligibility requirements, application rules, deadlines, allowable cost rules, required attachments, contract terms, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements before applying for or pursuing any funding opportunity.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the questionnaire, document uploads, dashboard, or chatbot.
Suggested Budget Frameworks
Any budget information generated by the system is a suggested planning framework only. It is not an approved budget, allowable-cost determination, accounting opinion, legal opinion, or funder-approved financial plan.
Uploaded Documents
Clients may upload documents to support their funding-readiness package. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and use any submitted materials.
The system may use uploaded information to generate reports, summaries, recommendations, and dashboard content.
Account Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The company is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by a client’s failure to protect login information.
Chatbot Use
The chatbot is provided to answer general questions, explain the service, assist with navigation, and provide planning-based information. The chatbot does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, grant eligibility determinations, funding guarantees, NOFO interpretation, RFP interpretation, or contract interpretation.
Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, dashboards, reports, layouts, branding, workflows, and system-generated materials are owned by or licensed to the company unless otherwise stated.
Clients may use their purchased final package for their own internal business planning, outreach, and funding-readiness purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy the system, resell access, upload harmful files, interfere with security, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for lost funding, rejected applications, missed deadlines, denied grants, denied contracts, lost revenue, business interruption, or decisions made by funders or third parties.
Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
